Download Software for PC or Macintosh

The freeware program provided on this page is intended to illustrate drift-induced systematic errors occuring in the Surface Forces Apparatus.
To run the program you need National Instrument's LabView 5.0 data acquisition environment. To install the program on your PC or on your Mac, follow the steps below.

Installation on PC

• Step 1: Download Download the zipped file (ZIP, 254 KB)
  
• Step 2: Unzip the file - a folder appears which contains the program SYSERR.vi as well as a subfolder with sub-VI's.
• Step 3: Doubleclick on SYSERR.vi to start the program.
• Step 4: Use online help provided with the program to learn about its functionalities.

System Requirements PC

1. LabView 5.0 installed.
2. Pentium Processor recommended.

Installation on Mac

• Step 1: Download Download the stuffit file (HQX, 367 KB)
  
• Step 2: Unstuff the file - a folder appears which contains the program SYSERR.vi as well as a subfolder with sub-VI's.
• Step 3: Doubleclick on SYSERR.vi to start the program.
• Step 4: Use online help provided with the program to learn about its functionalities.

System Requirements Mac

1. LabView 5.0 installed.
2. PowerMacintosh recommended.
